Route 926 (Street Road) to Close Wednesday in Chester County for Trench Restoration
King of Prussia, PA – Route 926 (Street Road) will be closed and detoured between Birmingham Road and New Street in Birmingham and Westtown townships, Chester County, on Wednesday, September 9 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for trench restoration, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During construction, Route 926 (Street Road) through traffic will be detoured over Birmingham Road, Brintons Bridge Road and U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike).
Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area. The operation is dependent on the weather.
